- YSK appeared on NHK's "Supreme Skills!" broadcast on July 9 and 16, 2016. This program showcases Japan's proud manufacturing technologies, and we had the opportunity to introduce our drills under the theme "Ultimate Micro Deep Hole Challenge: Electrical Discharge Machining vs. Drilling." Our drill technology competed to drill a 60mm deep hole through a 0.5mm mechanical pencil lead, demonstrating the pinnacle of both electrical discharge machining and drilling technology.
- YSK also provided filming cooperation for Nippon Television's drama "We Are Millennials. Got a Problem?" which aired from April 17 to June 19, 2016. The drama, featuring actors Masaki Okada and Tori Matsuzaka, depicts the struggles of millennial youths in society. Our office was used as the location for the bento shop building that appears in the series.
